RETURN POLICY
At Software Legit, we aim to provide our customers with excellent support regarding our return services. To guarantee our customers’ satisfaction with the product(s) they purchase, we offer a 30-day product guarantee. Within 30 days of delivery, Software Legit will refund the entire cost of new, unopened items, minus the shipping charges.
You must obtain authorization before returning any product by contacting us by email at [email protected] or phone +1 234 414 4141.
Software Legit will cover the cost of return shipping for incorrect or defective items if it is determined that the error was caused by Software Legit during shipping.
Customers can expect to receive their refund within 2-4 weeks. This includes the shipping transit time back to our company location, an authorization check, and the time it takes to process the refund.
Software Legit will only issue refunds in the original method of payment used for the purchase.
If a customer receives an incorrect or defective item due to an error on our part and wishes to receive a replacement, Software Legit will cover the cost of return shipping for the incorrect item and ship the correct item to the customer using upgraded shipping.
All subscriptions require a 30 day notice of cancellation and are non refundable.
Electronic Delivery -Software Legit will verify the product or license key through the manufacturer to ensure that the product has not been activated or tampered with.
After the verification process is complete and the product is confirmed to be in good condition, Software Legit will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product to the original method of payment.
- ● Open License – Software Legit reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% on Open License orders that have been submitted to distribution or fulfilled.
- ● Retail Licenses -Software Legit may apply a restocking fee of 15% on fulfilled retail orders.
- ● Anti-Virus -Software Legit reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 25% on fulfilled Anti-Virus orders.
- ● Retail Boxes –Software Legit may apply a restocking fee of 15% on fulfilled retail box orders. If the item has been activated, it cannot be resold, and a refund cannot be issued. The decision to accept damaged products for a refund will be at the store’s discretion.
Subscriptions
- ○ a. Agreement term and termination. This agreement will be in effect until the earliest of the expiration, termination, or renewal of your subscription.
- ○ b. Subscription termination. You have the right to terminate a subscription at any time during its term. However, all outstanding payments must be made before the termination can take effect.
- ○ (i) One-Month Subscription. You can terminate a subscription with a one-month term at any time without incurring a cancellation fee.
- ○ (ii) Subscriptions of more than one-month. If you terminate a subscription within 30 days of the effective date or renewal date, there will be no refunds, and you must pay for the first 30 days of the subscription. However, no payments will be due for the remainder of the terminated subscription. If you terminate a subscription or service at any other time during the term, you must pay for the remaining portion of the term, and no refunds will be provided.
- ○ Online Services or Other Subscriptions. For all other Subscriptions, if you terminate a Subscription before the end of the Term, you must pay a fee equal to one-month’s Subscription fee and you will receive a store credit of any portion of the Subscription fee you have paid for the remainder of the Term; provided, however, no refunds will be provided for partially unused months.
- ○ Suspension. We may suspend your use of the Online Services if: (1) it is reasonably needed to prevent unauthorized access to Customer Data; (2) you fail to respond to a claim of alleged infringement under Section 5 within a reasonable time; (3) you do not pay amounts due under this agreement; (4) you do not abide by the Acceptable Use Policy or you violate other terms of this agreement; or (5) for Limited Offerings, the Subscription becomes inactive from your failure to access the Online Services as described in the Offer Details. If one or more of these conditions occurs, then:
- ○ For Limited Offerings, we may suspend your use of the Online Services, your Subscription and your account immediately without notice.
- ○ For all other Subscriptions, a suspension will apply to the minimum necessary part of the Online Services and will be in effect only while the condition or need exists. We will give notice before we suspend, except where we reasonably believe we need to suspend immediately. We will give at least 30 days’ notice before suspending for non-payment. If you do not fully address the reasons for the suspension within 60 days after we suspend, we may terminate your Subscription and delete your Customer Data without any retention period. We may also terminate your Subscription if your use of the Online Services is suspended more than twice in any 12-month period.
SHIPPING
We have the ability to ship to almost any location worldwide. Please keep in mind that certain products may have restrictions, and there may be some products that cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Once an order is placed either online or via our customer service department, the estimated delivery time frame will depend on several factors such as the destination, shipping method, and the time the order was submitted.
Most products ship same day, however, below are the estimated processing and delivery time frames for each shipping method:
- ● Ground: 1-2 days processing time. 4 – 10 Business days for delivery
- ● Express Saver:1-2 days processing time. 2 – 3 Business days for delivery
- ● Standard Overnight:1-2 days processing time. 1 Business day for delivery.
Please note that the delivery times listed are only an estimate, and depending on product availability, it is possible for your product to arrive earlier than expected.
ELECTRONIC DELIVERY
If you purchase a product with an electronic delivery method or download option, you will receive the product/license key via email on the same day that your order is confirmed.
